The ergonomic handle and lid knob are made from heat resistant material that makes it safer to handle the pot after brewing. Valentina features a "see-through" lid so the brewing process can easily be controlled.
"Valentina" is made using EN601 certified high polished food-grade aluminum and is suitable for use on gas, electric, glass and ceramic stoves.
